1. Labware (Glassware / Consumables)
•Eligible for return within 30 days
•Must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
•Must be in resalable condition
2. Equipment
•Eligible for return within 30 days only if unopened and unused
Restocking Fees (if applicable):
•Small equipment: Minimum 10%
•Large equipment (>70 lb): Up to 40%
3. Catalysts
• Non-returnable and non-refundable
4. Crystals / Specialty Materials
•Returns accepted only for verified quality issues
•Must be reported within 30 days with clear photos and supporting details
5. Custom Products
• Non-returnable and non-refundable
6. Bulk Purchases
•Final sale – no returns accepted

To initiate a return:

- Provide:

Reason for return

- Receive Return Authorization (RMA) and instructions
Returns without prior authorization will not be accepted

•Return address will be provided after approval
•Do NOT send items back to the original shipping address
💰 Return Shipping Fees
•Defective / damaged items: Covered by FrankLab
•Customer-related returns: Paid by customer
Additional restocking fees may apply depending on product category and condition.
💳 Refund Processing
•Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit
•Processing time: 3–7 business days after inspection
