Product Description
Product Overview
The FrankLab Multi-Functional Electrochemical Cell is a highly versatile, medium-to-large volume electrochemical reactor designed for routine testing, mechanistic studies, and long-duration electrolysis.
Compared with microcells, this platform provides greater electrolyte volume, superior thermal stability, and flexible port configuration, making it suitable for electrocatalysis, battery materials testing, corrosion studies, and gas–liquid electrochemistry.
Two structural configurations are available to match different experimental demands:
•Single-Layer Cell — streamlined, cost-effective, ideal for standard electrochemical measurements
•Double-Layer Water-Bath Cell — integrated temperature control for high-stability or heat-sensitive experiments
Product Configurations
1.Single-Layer Version
(Compact · Efficient · Easy to Operate)
•Available volumes: 50 / 100 / 150 / 200 / 250 / 300 / 500 mL
•Straightforward internal structure for rapid setup
•Ideal for:
•CV / LSV / EIS
•Catalyst screening
•Corrosion and electrode stability tests
•General three-electrode systems
✔ Recommended for daily lab use and teaching laboratories
2. Double-Layer Water-Bath Version
(Thermally Stable · Precision Control)
•Same volume options as single-layer
•Integrated outer water-jacket for temperature regulation
•Compatible with external thermostatic circulators
•Ensures uniform temperature distribution during:
•Long-term electrolysis
•High-current experiments
•Temperature-sensitive kinetics studies
✔ Recommended for mechanistic research, scale-up validation, and long-duration tests
