Gloveboxes

Connections with Gloveboxes

• Left Side: CF200 interface for glovebox connection, DN200 electric gate valve, φ 6.35mm inlet with on-off valve, and mechanical pressure gauge
• Right Side: CF200 interface for glovebox connection, DN200 electric gate valve, interface for turbo pump connection, electric gate valve, and φ6.35mm exhaust port with valve.

•  Water and oxygen concentration: <1ppm (20 °C, 1 atm)
• Concentration accuracy: 0.1 ppm
• Working gas: Inert gas such as N2, Ar, He
• Auto regeneration process with pre-defined parameters

Tube Furnace

• Dual-layer steel casing with an air-cooling system to keep the furnace surface temperature lower than 60 °C
• High-purity fibrous alumina insulation for energy saving
• Special alumina refractory coating to increase heating efficiency and furnace life
• A quartz tube is utilized to enhance internal cleanliness and vacuum performance
• Electric furnace door for easy operation

• PID programmable temperature controller

• Eurotherm temperature controller is optional, with accuracy up to ±0.1℃

Control Panel & Software

• Touchscreen temperature control panel to control 4 heating zones independently.
• Multiple-zone operation includes automatic recording and preset heating curve function
• LabVIEW-based software for remote PC control, monitoring, and data logging (optional, upon request at an extra cost)
• Ethernet communication port for PC control 

• A rotary vane pump is included to reach a vacuum of 10^-2 torr
• Optional: Max. Vacuum to 10^-5 torr by a turbopump

Water Chiller

• Digital Temperature Controlled Recirculating Water Chiller with 16L/min flow, KJ5300 is recommended but not included
