Platinum Mesh Electrode, >99.99% Purity

Product Description
Shipping & Delivery

Platinum Mesh Electrode | >99.99% Purity | FrankLab

PTFE Electrode Rod | Gold-Plated Copper Terminal | Multiple Mesh Sizes | Optional Diagonal Reinforcement

Product Overview

The FrankLab Platinum Mesh Electrode is designed for high-performance electrochemical applications requiring superior conductivity, inertness, and corrosion resistance. Manufactured from >99.99% pure platinum mesh, the electrode provides exceptional stability in acidic, neutral, and alkaline environments and is ideal for techniques such as CV, LSV, EIS, CA/CP, electrocatalysis, and corrosion testing.

Each electrode consists of:

• PTFE Electrode Rod (6 × 80 mm) — chemically inert, heat-resistant

• Gold-Plated Copper Conductive Rod (20 mm) — stable, low-resistance electrical pathway

• Platinum Mesh (various sizes) — available with or without diagonal reinforcement for enhanced mechanical strength

The design ensures robust mechanical integrity, consistent immersion geometry, and long-term durability under rigorous laboratory conditions.

Key Features

• High-Purity Platinum Mesh (>99.99%)

Fully inert in strong acids, bases, and salts

Exceptional corrosion resistance

Suitable for high-temperature and high-potential electrochemical systems

Ideal for oxygen evolution, chlorine evolution, and electrocatalysis

• Optional Diagonal Reinforcement

• With diagonal reinforcement → higher rigidity, recommended for large mesh sizes or flowing electrolyte systems

• Without diagonal reinforcement → lighter, more flexible, suitable for compact spaces or microcells

• PTFE Electrode Rod

Dimensions: 6 × 80 mm

Outstanding chemical resistance

Stable geometry for consistent immersion depth

Prevents contamination and unwanted reactions

• Gold-Plated Copper Terminal (Standard FrankLab Configuration)

Provides excellent electrical conductivity

Corrosion-resistant

Ensures ultra-stable low-noise signal transfer

Standardized across FrankLab electrode series

• Multiple Mesh Sizes Available

Ranging from 5 × 5 mm to 50 × 50 mm, with custom dimensions available.
