FrankLab Sample Holders are precision-engineered fixtures designed for solid-state electrochemical measurements, allowing researchers to accurately expose a defined geometric area of catalyst sheets, metal foils, electrodes, membranes, and composite materials.

Available in three structural series (T1 / T2 / T3), each model provides different mechanical strength, corrosion resistance, and temperature tolerance to match diverse electrochemical environments.

T1 Series — Standard PTFE Sample Holder

· Pure PTFE exterior for excellent corrosion resistance

· Stainless steel screw contact for stable electrical connectivity

· 1 cm² fixed exposed area for consistent electrochemical testing

Best for: Entry-level research, CV/LSV/EIS, HER/OER, teaching labs

T2 Series — PTFE Sample Holder with Copper Spring Contact

· PTFE body with upgraded mechanical fit

· Contact pin uses copper with optional spring + shrink tube, improving stability

· Adjustable exposed area, customizable to match sample geometry

· Compatible with circular, square, and irregular sample sheets (custom fixtures available)

Best for: Catalytic activity evaluation, long-term durability tests, corrosion experiments

T3 Series — High-Temperature PEEK Sample Holder

· PEEK outer shell for superior strength and high-temperature resistance

· Contact system identical to T2 but reinforced for demanding environments

· Extremely low deformation under heat

· Ideal for organic electrolytes, high-temperature CO₂RR, specialized electrochemistry

Best for: High-end research labs, industrial R&D, aggressive solvents, 80°C operation
