Titanium Mesh Electrode

Titanium Mesh Electrode

Product Description
Shipping & Delivery
Titanium Mesh Electrode | High-Corrosion-Resistance | FrankLab
PTFE Electrode Rod | Gold-Plated Copper Terminal | High-Purity Titanium Mesh

Product Overview
The FrankLab Titanium Mesh Electrode is designed for electrochemical applications requiring exceptional corrosion resistance, high surface area, and long-term durability. Titanium mesh provides superior chemical stability in acidic, alkaline, chloride-containing, and oxidizing environments, making it ideal for OER, electrocatalysis, corrosion testing, wastewater treatment, and industrial electrolysis research.
Each electrode consists of:
• High-purity Titanium Mesh(customizable size & thickness)
PTFE Electrode Rod — chemically inert and thermally stable
• Gold-Plated Copper Terminal Rod(20 mm) — ensures a low-resistance, corrosion-proof electrical connection
The titanium mesh electrode is engineered for high-current-density operation, offering rigidity, excellent electrolyte contact, and outstanding electrochemical stability.

Key Features
• High-Purity Titanium Mesh (Grade 1 or Grade 2)
Excellent corrosion resistance
Stable in strong acids, bases, and chloride media
Mechanically durable and resistant to deformation
Suitable for long-term industrial simulation experiments

• Optional Diagonal Reinforcement
• With reinforcement → higher structural rigidity, recommended for large mesh (≥25×25 mm)
• Without reinforcement → lightweight, flexible, suitable for compact cells

• PTFE Electrode Rod
Inert to virtually all chemical systems
Ensures consistent electrode geometry and immersion depth
Durable, solvent-resistant, and easy to clean

• Gold-Plated Copper Terminal (Standard FrankLab Configuration)
Superior electrical conductivity
Non-contaminating and corrosion-resistant
Ensures stable, low-noise signal transfer
(Custom terminal materials available: Ni-plated Cu, stainless steel, titanium.)
